Western MA locals, friends and family! Select the ‘Pickup’ option at check out to bypass all shipping expenses. You can expect to receive an email from me in 1-2 business days out from your order to coordinate the details of your pickup/drop off. I am happy to reduce shipping waste and costs wherever possible, so don’t hesitate to make use of this option. If need be, we can get creative to get your order in your hands as soon as possible.

All pieces will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Thank you for investing in quality shipping and handling practices to ensure the safest and fastest delivery of your order. Shipping costs are estimated based on average item size/weight per USPS Priority Mail cost formulas. Please note that in order to keep shipping costs down, a small percentage of shipping fee may be factored into individual item pricing and/or absorbed by sender.

I recycle and repurpose premium grade packaging materials when packaging your orders. 

do you use transfers, templates or stamps to apply surface design to pieces?

No, all pieces are free hand painted and/or carved using a combination of sgraffito, mishima and various other techniques. While wheel throwing, slab/hand building, trimming and firing processes each take a fair bit of time and intentionality, I put the majority of my focus and inspiration into the surface design process. It’s a labor of love! You may notice pricing reflecting the time/energy/materials that go into detailed free hand work— uncomfy but important to acknowledge.

dishwasher safe?

Yes! However, I strongly recommend hand washing to ensure the longevity of each piece. 

microwave safe?

Yes!

are ashtrays making a cultural comeback? 

Why yes, I believe so. So cool of you to ask. 

what’s with the letter/number combo in your product naming conventions (i.e. Cute Cup (c3))?

Helps me stay organized! No other purpose here, nothing to decode :)

do you do customs, wholesale or commissions?

Unfortunately no, not at this time. While I would love to work on something special for you/your business/your loved ones, I’m only one person with two hands, a hobby and some sweet dreams. I appreciate you following along while I work on honing my craft and my style. 

are returns a thing?
